Who we are

What stays on your device
Your name, role, photo, and the text you type for your graphics are used only to draw the graphics in your browser. Your photo is never uploaded or stored by us.
What is shared, only if you choose
If you enter your email, tick the consent box, and tap Send, your name, email, the event name, and the date and time you agreed are sent to the host, so they can send you updates about the event and their own offers. If you don't, nothing is shared and your graphics still work.
If you claim a freebie
To get your freebie, your email, the platform you posted on, and the link to your post are sent to the host so they can check your post and deliver it. Claiming a freebie does not add you to marketing emails unless you also chose to share your email above.
Anonymous usage counts
For each event, we count how many times the page is opened and how many graphics are saved, per day. These counts don't include your name, email, photo, or anything that identifies you or your device.
Where it goes
- It is saved securely by Summit Graphic Generator so the host of this event can download it, and sent to the host's own system if they have connected one.
- We do not sell your information.
- It is not shared with other coaches, advertisers, or list brokers.
- We do not use it to market our own services to you.
Once the host has your details, their own privacy policy also applies to how they use and keep them.
How long we keep it
We delete your details from our system 90 days after you submit them.
Your rights
You can ask the host or us to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email hello@carlcationg.com or use the unsubscribe link in the host's emails. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and, where they apply, privacy laws in your country such as the GDPR. In the Philippines, you can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
How we protect it
Anything you choose to share is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Saved details can only be downloaded behind a secure login, to be handed to the event host.
Changes
If we change how your information is used, we will update this page and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
